A useful prototype should settle something: whether the workflow makes sense, whether the data is available, whether people will use it, or whether the idea deserves a larger investment.

I help reduce the idea to that question, choose the lightest practical stack, and ship something real enough to test. No six-week architecture phase for a product that still needs to prove its core interaction.

Small does not mean disposable

Fast prototypes often become production software. I keep the scope tight, but I do not hide essential decisions behind throwaway code. The result can grow if the idea works, or remain a dependable small tool if that is all it needs to be.
